Hi everyone,

I hope that you are enjoying the beautiful, sunny day today! If you haven't already, let me encourage you to take some time this week to keep reflecting on what God taught you through Philippians over the last 6 months.

For the next few weeks we are going to be diving into a few different texts to talk about Our Confident Hopes. I hope that it will be encouraging and challenging for us as we seek to be faithful to what God has called us to.

This week we will be in 1 Corinthians 12:12-26.

Here are some questions to consider as you study the text ahead of Sunday:

• What is helpful about the body analogy Paul uses in this text?
• What does Paul mean in v. 13, that we were all baptized into one body by the Spirit? Why does that matter?
• What two errors is Paul addressing in our thinking and behavior in v. 14-24a?
• What is significant about the call and challenge of v. 24b-26?
• What is personally convicting to you about your view of yourself or others in relation to being a part of the local church?
• Who is someone you can encourage this week from something you learned from the text?
